1. You should asses both trainings which has more relevance to what you are currently doing or are planning to do.

2. Cost of the training, like it or not this is a big factor.

To sum it all up, it is not fitting to compare SAP R3 and SAP B1 training because each has its own merits. And said merits are very relative on the individual making the assessment. Know first your purpose so that you will be able to determine the significance of the training then add in the cost factor. Choose the training course which fits best with your requirements and then, the next most important step is to ready yourself for some serious training.
